Hello,
I’m Todd Grubofski, founder and CEO of Nobility Reigns.
My 33 years in this industry have strengthened a simple conviction: every person deserves dignity, belonging and the opportunity to pursue their individual potential. Supporting adults with special needs is work I care deeply about.
Our homes are licensed by the state of Wisconsin.
We begin by listening—to the people we support, their families and the team members who know them. Understanding each person’s interests, goals and needs helps us explore meaningful options together.
I want Nobility Reigns to be a place where clients feel valued and staff feel respected, encouraged and proud of their work. Building that culture takes everyday care, open communication and appreciation for the people who make it possible. I am grateful to our team for the compassion and commitment they bring to this work.
Our mission is to support adults with disabilities as they grow, build connections and work toward their full potential in safe residential environments.
